A Walk Worth the Climb

A fabulous peak with excellent views and clearly marked so everyone can enjoy. Look out for Ospreys, Red Squirrels, and other local woodland wildlife.

We would recommend heading along the road to Keswick by car and parking at The Old Sawmill Tea rooms at Mire House. From here you can follow the coloured markers all the way to Dodd Summit.

There are also lots of alternative routes within the forest for another day!
